APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES:

Butyl glycol is neutral, colorless, Highly soluble, has Low freezing point and high boiling point, low volatility, mild odor, Slightly moisture absorbent, miscible with water, Ketones, alcohols, ethers, paraffins, aromatic hydrocarbons at room temperature. it is used as a solvent and starting material for syntheses.
It is a solvent for paints and surface coatings. It has the ability to dissolve most fats and is used in the formulation of acrylic resins and firefighting foams.

• -It is widely used as a stain remover, grease remover, ink cleaner, injector cleaner.
• – It is grease remover and is used in washing grease, oil, lacquers, paraffins, resins and … .
